An exploration of the shared importance of place or 'terroir' in growing exceptional, site expressive wine and truffles. Discover the joys of pairing Margaret River Cabernet and Chardonnay with the beautifully pungent truffles of Manjimup. Enjoy a five course menu prepared by Head Chef Brendan Pratt paired to selections from the Vasse Felix Wine Collection, including the Icon Heytesbury Chardonnay and a special back vintage Cabernet Sauvignon. Insight will be provided by the indelible Chief Winemaker Virginia Willcock, who will share her passion for creating environmentally expressive wines.
