Create your own wine experience at the Vasse Felix Tasting Bar, Wine Lounge and Restaurant.

Everyone is welcome to taste their way through the Vasse Felix Wine Collection at the Cellar Door Tasting Bar. From time to time pre-release or small-batch wines are also available for visitors to try. Prefer to take your time? Relax over a glass, bottle or wine flight in the Wine Lounge.

For a full regional culinary experience, make a reservation in the Vasse Felix Restaurant, one of Australia's most celebrated establishments.

A range of structured Estate tours are also available.

 

Fine Dining in the Restaurant

The Vasse Felix Restaurant offers a beautiful setting to indulge in regional flavours, textures and creative cuisine to compliment the Wine Collection. The menu is created from local, seasonal produce and changes daily as new ingredients become available. 

Modern Australian in style, the menu draws inspiration from international preparation techniques, fused in a manner unique to Vasse Felix. The Restaurant offers Standard, Vegetarian, Pescatarian and Vegan menus.

The Vasse Felix Restaurant also offers a tasting menu (Standard, Vegetarian and Pescatarian), created to complement and highlight Margaret River's key varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Match with your choice of Icon, Premier or Filius wines.

Vegan tasting menu can be developed upon request, please advise the Restaurant 24 hours prior (minimum) to avoid disappointment.

Head Chef Brendan Pratt

Perth-born and trained, Brendan Pratt is a youthful, dynamic & creative chef with an interest in uncovering and exhibiting incredible local produce from Western Australia.

Brendan joined Vasse Felix as Head Chef in July 2017, following positions at some of the world’s most impressive restaurants including Michelin Starred The Fat Duck (Bray) and The Ledbury (London). Since 2012, Brendan was an Executive Chef within The Frasers Restaurant Group, designing menus for a suite of iconic Perth venues.

Brendan has received numerous accolades over his chef career including Finalist of Australian Chef of the Year (2013) and Young Chef of the Year (2009), and West Australian Apprentice of the Year (2007). In addition, he has been a guest chef / judge on the television programs Masterchef Australia (2013) and Seafood Escape with Andrew Ettingshausen (Channel 10).
