The Vasse Felix Restaurant offers a beautiful setting to indulge in regional flavours, textures and creative cuisine to complement the Wine Collection. The menu is created from local, seasonal produce and changes daily as new ingredients become available.
Modern Australian in style, the menu draws inspiration from international preparation techniques, fused in a manner unique to Vasse Felix. The Restaurant offers Vegetarian, Pescatarian and Vegan options.
The Vasse Felix Restaurant also offers a five course tasting menu, created to complement and highlight Margaret River's key varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Match with your choice of Icon, Premier or Filius wines.
Vegetarian and Pescatarian tasting menus are available. Vegan tasting menu can be developed upon request, please advise the Restaurant 24 hours prior (minimum) to avoid disappointment.
