1980 Cabernet Sauvignon
The 1980 vintage was a good one, dry and perfect ripening conditions. The use of Seguin Moreau barrels from France helped lift the standard of oak quality.
Tasting Notes
The wine shows tarry leather and tobacco character and has riper fruit character. Quite fragrant, however fruit losing a touch of sweetness.
