IS THERE A JOINING FEE?
No, you don’t need to pay to join The Wine Porter. You simply need to sign up to receive the four deliveries of wine throughout the year (two dozen wines per year).
DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
No, the service includes free delivery to all Australian addresses.
CAN I SKIP OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can put your order on hold at any time by contacting our Club Customer Service team (08) 9756 5000 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We will email you two weeks before charging your credit card and dispatching your wines to see if you would like to make any changes to your wine selection, payment details or delivery address.
CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?
Yes, you may edit your order at any time before the wine selection deadline. Simply follow this link: www.vassefelix.com.au/Members/Club-Services and scroll to the bottom of page where your current Wine Porter membership will be listed under 'Current Services'. Select 'Edit Club' and make your changes, please ensure you save your changes before leaving the page.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS OR CREDIT CARD DETAILS?
To request updates or changes to your Wine Porter subscription, please contact us immediately by sending an email to email@example.com or call +61 8 9756 5000 between 8.30am - 5.00pm weekdays AWST. Alternatively, you can login to your online account and navigate to 'Member Profile' to update.
CAN I AMEND THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
Yes you can, we do request you give us two weeks notice prior to the requested delivery date. The most common change is for people away on holidays: we can send the delivery early or later as needs be.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
A notification email will be sent two weeks prior to your wines being sent. This will allow you to change your selection, skip a delivery or cancel your order. Your credit card will be charged in February, May, August and November prior to delivery.
HOW OFTEN ARE MY WINES DELIVERED?
Your wines are delivered four times per year, in mid February, May, August and November.
THE WINE PORTER DELIVERY SCHEDULE
February - Wine Selection deadline - 31 January. Deliveries commence mid February.
May - Wine Selection deadline - 30 April. Deliveries commence mid May.
August - Wine Selection deadline - 31 July. Deliveries commence mid August.
November - Wine Selection deadline - 31 October. Deliveries commence mid November.
WHAT IF I’M OUT WHEN MY WINE IS DELIVERED?
If you have authorised delivery instructions then Australia Post will leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not home at the time of delivery. Otherwise, your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post Office for your collection and a calling card left.
CAN I CHOOSE DIFFERENT SELECTIONS OF WINE?
Yes, you can create your own wine selection from The Wine Porter: Make Your Own Case featuring wines from the Vasse Felix Wine Collection. You may change your selection at any time. Please note wine vintage will be based on availability at time of delivery. Icon wines and Idée Fixe are not available with this offer and there is a one Classic bottle limit when designing your own six bottle case.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes, we can ship your wines overseas. There will be a cost incurred to ship to your overseas destination, please contact our Club Customer Service team (08) 9756 5000 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a non-obligatory quote.
