REDS, WHITES AND LE BLEU: THE GREAT REVOLUTION AT VASSE FELIX

A decadent dinner and a unique tasting of iconic French and Margaret River wines. 

Who wore it best: France or Margaret River? That’s the question guests will grapple with when the tricolour comes to Vasse Felix.

Wine beats at the heart of Reds, Whites and Le Bleu and guests will be treated to a tasting comparing iconic French styles with their counterparts from Margaret River. Vasse Felix Chief Winemaker Virginia Willcock will offer commentary throughout the evening on everything from Grand Cru Burgundy to Vasse Felix’s own renowned Heytesbury Chardonnay.

To complete the experience, the wines will be paired with dinner prepared by Laetitia Rouabah, the revered French-born Head Chef of Alain Ducasse’s flagship New York bistro, Benoit and Vasse Felix Head Chef Brendan Pratt, combining the finest local produce with elements of Paris and the Big Apple for an exclusive modern feast in Wine Paradise.

Enjoy gourmet bites and a glass of Vasse Felix Blanc de Blancs sparkling on arrival, before experiencing the high-octane sounds of the Australian Chamber Orchestra in the surrounds of the Vasse Felix Art Gallery.

SATURDAY 8TH - AESTHETE.

For the first time in over a decade of performances at the Estate, the ACO will perform among the French oak barriques and aging red wines of Vasse Felix in the Red Barrel Hall. Following the performance, this extravaganza of the senses will continue with a gentle evening stroll through the Home Vineyard to the Vasse Felix Art Gallery. Join the Vasse Felix team and Janet Holmes à Court for this very special long table dining experience, and enjoy three sumptuous courses accompanied by Vasse Felix wines.
