Vasse Felix Cabernet Sauvignon was the first red wine released from Margaret River (1972 Vintage). Intense, yet elegantly structured, it remains the oldest serving wine in the region.

Careful fruit selection and 18 months maturation in French oak barriques gives balance and complexity to a wine with unique character and style. Drinks beautifully upon release, will reward cellaring over 8 to 10 years.

This distinct Vasse Felix style embraces the fruit with a focus on natural acidity. 

A selection of premium fruit is fermented in individual parcels with wild yeasts and some solids in the juice and matured in French oak barriques for nine months. Drinks beautifully upon release, will reward cellaring over 3 to 5 years.

A more complex style of this classic Margaret River blend, it is vibrant and fruit lifted with a subtle savoury nuance from the introduction of oak.

The wine is crafted from the finest Vasse Felix parcels of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, with a small portion of the blend fermented in new French oak barriques. It drinks beautifully upon release, will reward cellaring over 3 to 5 years.

The wine's regional and varietal character is preserved through small batch fermentation and gentle maturation in French oak barriques. It is rich and generous in syle, yet offers elegance and finesse. Vasse Felix Shiraz drinks beautifully upon release, will reward cellaring over 5 to 10 years.

This wine comes from an exceptional little parcel of fruit within the Estate. A portion is fermented in new French oak barriques to provide additional texture and complexity.

Margaret River Semillon has incredible aromatic qualities and a fresh, tight, delicate palate. Drinks beautifully upon release, will reward 7 to 10 years cellaring.

Vasse Felix Cane Cut is produced from Semillon using the Cane Cut method, where each fruiting cane is pruned away from the vine at harvest time. The bunches are left hanging in the vineyard until the fruit has dried and concentrated in flavour and sugar.

Once harvested and pressed, a portion of the juice is fermented in French oak. The lovely viscous, silky mouthfeel with focused mineral acidity results in a truly delicious dessert wine.
