Classic Dry Red

A classic Australian blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. The two varieties are fermented separately and then matured in French oak barriques, providing balance, complexity and softness to the blend. Shiraz offers sweetness and power, while Cabernet Sauvignon's firm and defined tannins provide structure and length. It is bright, lightly perfumed and succulent. Classic Dry Red is best enjoyed in its youth. Current Vintage: 2010

Classic Dry White

Classic Dry White is a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc and has been championed by Vasse Felix in Margaret River since 1987.

The fresh citrus notes of Semillon and lifted passionfruit aromas of Sauvignon Blanc complement a zesty, vibrant and textured palate with pristine purity of fruit flavour and freshness. This wine is best enjoyed in its youth.
