This excellent aperitif sparkling wine is ideal for immediate celebrations, but will continue to develop extra richness and complexity with short-term cellaring.

Black Knight

Sparkling Shiraz has become quite a unique wine in Australia, its popularity ever increasing. The Vasse Felix Sparkling Shiraz is made in the traditional ‘Methode Champenoise’ style. Aromas of ripe berry and spiced fruit cake dominate, with rich savoury plum, chinese plums and concentrated Ribena cordial adding further complexity. Savoury plums, spiced cherry and plum pudding characters ensure the wine is full bodied but perfectly balanced, finishing crisp and clean.
