Margaret River’s temperate ripening conditions allow Vasse Felix to create a bright, luscious Viognier with fresh acidity balanced by an oily texture and richness. The silky palate finishes with intense fruit flavours.

Originating from Spain, Tempranillo is rich with generous fruit flavours and a soft tannin structure. It offers exotic spice and mineral, earthy edge that is rustic and traditional in style.

Made in the traditional ‘Methode Champenoise’ style, Silver Knight is fine, delicate and clean with a firm acid structure and intensity; the dry, chalky, mineral edges on the palate are balanced by creamy textures and dosage liqueur. This excellent aperitif sparkling wine is ideal for immediate celebrations, but will continue to develop extra richness and complexity with short-term cellaring.

Sparkling Shiraz has become quite a unique wine in Australia, its popularity ever increasing. The Vasse Felix Sparkling Shiraz is made in the traditional ‘Methode Champenoise’ style. Aromas of ripe berry and spiced fruit cake dominate, with rich savoury plum, chinese plums and concentrated Ribena cordial adding further complexity. Savoury plums, spiced cherry and plum pudding characters ensure the wine is full bodied but perfectly balanced, finishing crisp and clean.
