Silver Knight NV Extra Brut is made in the traditional method with secondary fermentation completed in the individual bottle.

 
The classic French champagne varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier are used. Chardonnay offers light citrus and floral notes, Pinot Noir adds depth, complexity and red fruit fragrance and Pinot Meunier provides light, fresh and savoury perfumes. Silver Knight drinks beautifully upon release and will reward short term cellaring.
